Kungs & Mozambo – To Describe You ft. Molly!

Kungs & Mozambo ft. Molly - To Describe You

I have waited patiently for a song that instantly screams summer 2014 to me and “To Describe You” is the one.  Being a big fan of the Thomas Jack Tropical House Volumes,  I first heard this beautiful track on the 4th installment a few days ago and I immediately fell in love with it.  “To Describe You” features the gorgeously mysterious vocals of Belgium singer Molly and is a happy song about trying to find the words to show how that special someone in your life makes you feel.  No small task when that person means the world to you that’s for sure.  Amidst soothing guitar strums and plucks, intermittent ocean wave sounds and some surprisingly intriguing flute outbursts of expression, “To Describe You” springs up more than just feelings of longing and infatuation I might have for another person.  It brings about visions of all the things I love about summer like good times at the beach with friends, relaxing in the pool under the sun, and even enjoying some outdoor fun with family.  And for my choice as the definitive summer track for this summer, I would not want it any other way!

“To Describe You” is the shimmering creation of the talented French dj KUNGS and the impressive French producing trio MOZAMBO.  A phenomenal collaboration I would love to see happen again.  Here’s to hoping it happens again real soon!

Born in sunny San Diego and raised in central Illinois. I graduated from the University of Illinois @Urbana-Champaign and spent the better part of 10 years in sunny Phoenix Arizona after graduation. I now reside in Savoy IL and I try to make it up to the Chicago music scene as much as I can. Music has always been a part of my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
